Those with more complicated or long-term issues may need many more details and the help of a professional, while those with fewer concerns can find the start of their answer right here. Remember, the first step to solving a problem is identifying and defining it.

    The sentiments, messages and intent are all good. However, it is far too simplistic! In my experience of people suffering from burnout, their mental health is so much more problematic. To suggest correction through a simple 6 step remedy, is at best condescending, and at worst, insulting
